DIN 603 Bolt Maintenance Problems Often Occur

Although the DIN 603 bolt is a small part, it is an indispensable part of the mechanical equipment and plays a very important role. Therefore, when using bolts, we need to carry out regular maintenance and maintenance, so that the bolts can be used safely, and the service life of the bolts can be prolonged and the performance of the mechanical equipment can be improved.

What problems often arise when we perform maintenance on bolts? In fact, there are three major problems:

1. When quenching the bolts, use a silicate cleaning agent to clean the impurities. Then carefully rinse them to avoid leaving impurities on the bolts and affect its normal use.

2. After the bolt is tempered, its color may change. After the bolt is soaked in ether for a period of time, oily substance will be produced. This indicates that the bolt is not clean. After the analysis, it will be found that when the bolt is heated, the stacking is unreasonable, and the bolt may have some small oxidation phenomenon in the quenching oil.

3. If there is white matter on the bolt, it is likely to be some phosphide. The reason for this phenomenon is that it is not cleaned with an acid cleaner, and the cleaning tank is not carefully watched.

If these problems cannot be dealt with in time, it will directly affect the use of bolts, and will also lead to shortened bolt life and damage to bolts. I hope that the above three issues can help you make better use of bolts.
